Methods of Payment:

We have HICAPS facilities available that accept all private health funds.
We accept cash, cheque, EFTPOS and credit cards (except Diners).
Approved Workcover and insurance cases are also accepted.
Please note: Fees are due and payable on the day of service eliminating costly bookkeeping and billing expenses enabling us to pass on these savings to our clients.

Missed/ Changed appointment Policy

We understand that sometimes appointments need to be changed. Our policy is to waive all fees if you give us 24 hours notice of changing it. A missed appointment fee of $25 applies if an appointment is changed or missed without 24 hours notice.

We implement this policy because often we have a waiting list. To be fair to all, if you can’t make it… let someone who can!

Pre-paid visits

We offer this service for patients who are committed to the full schedule. In the event you choose to discontinue your care your remaining credit will be refunded.

Medicare & Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA)

We accept DVA and Medicare claims for EPC referrals from your General Practitioner. Payments are put through by our clinic staff.

Xrays are bulk billed

Should X-rays be required a referral will be provided to a local, bulk billing radiology clinic.

Naturopathic fees

Assessment

$130 (1 hr) Initial consultation including a full health assessment and dietary analysis with a written report.

Treatment recommendations may include dietary suggestions, herbal medicine or nutritional supplements and lifestyle advice.

Treatment

$110 1 hour Follow up consultation (Concession $100)

$80 Half hour Follow up consultation (Concession $70)

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is required for cancellation of appointments.

Missed appointments without the required notice given will incur a $25 fee.
