Getting Ready for Your Initial Consultation
No Referral Needed
You can book directly by calling (07) 3892 1440 or using our online booking form. No GP referral is required. We accept all health funds via on-the-spot health fund claiming, DVA Gold & White Card, and Medicare EPC/CDM referrals.
Your Initial Consultation — 30 Minutes
Your first appointment covers a detailed health history, physical examination (posture, mobility, neurological screening, and specific orthopaedic tests), a clear diagnosis explained in plain language, and where appropriate, initial treatment. Initial consultation fee: $110.
What to Bring
Please bring your Medicare card, private health fund card, any recent X-rays or scans, DVA or concession card if applicable, and a list of current medications. Arrive 10 minutes early to complete a brief health history form.
Your Care Plan
At the end of your first visit Dr Aidan will outline a personalised care plan — including recommended visit frequency and realistic expected outcomes. You are never pressured into more care than you need. Follow-up visits are $70 ($60 concession).
After Your Visit
Many patients notice improvement from the very first session. Some patients experience mild soreness in the first 24–48 hours, similar to post-exercise muscle soreness — this is normal and passes quickly. Generally, it’s important to continue to maintain your mobility, within your tolerance, unless recommended otherwise.

Second Opinions
Independent, honest assessment — no referral needed
Getting a second opinion is a completely normal and sensible part of healthcare. Whether you’re unsure about a diagnosis, a proposed treatment plan, or simply want another perspective — we are here to help.
Why Get a Second Opinion?
A second opinion can give you confidence in your diagnosis and care plan, clarify your options, or identify an approach you haven’t yet tried. It can also provide reassurance that you’re on the right track.
What to Bring
Please bring any previous X-rays, MRI scans, reports, or letters from other health providers. The more information we have, the more thorough and useful our assessment will be.
Our Independent Assessment
Our chiropractors will conduct a full, independent examination and provide you with an honest, unbiased opinion. We have no incentive to recommend unnecessary care — our reputation is built on integrity and results.
Completely Confidential
Your consultation is completely confidential. We will not contact your previous provider without your written consent. You are in complete control of your health journey.
