Yeronga Chiropractic & Wellness Centre is a registered NDIS provider, welcoming both plan-managed and self-managed participants. We provide personalised chiropractic care for people living with disabilities, neurological conditions, and chronic pain — working closely with participants, carers, and support coordinators to deliver care that aligns with NDIS plan goals.
To access pensioner rates, you’ll need to present a valid Pensioner Concession Card at your appointment. For any third party payment support you’ll need approval from your funding provider, support co-ordinator or GP.
We can provide invoices with the relevant service and appointment details required for funding or reimbursement.
Documentation requirements vary depending on your funding provider. They should be well versed in this. We’ll let you know if anything specific is required from our end.
If you’re accessing disability funding, approval may be required depending on how your plan is managed. We recommend confirming with your Support Coordinator before your appointment.
