  • What is Sports Chiropractic?

Sports chiropractic applies chiropractic principles specifically to the demands of athletic performance and injury. It goes beyond spinal care to include assessment and treatment of peripheral joints — shoulders, knees, hips, ankles — along with muscle therapy and sport-specific rehabilitative exercises.

  • Injury Co-Management

We work collaboratively with physicians, personal trainers, physiotherapists, and other allied health practitioners. If you are already receiving care from another provider, we’re happy to liaise directly to ensure a coordinated approach. We have existing working relationships with several Brisbane sporting clubs.

  • Sports Rehabilitation

Our rehabilitation programs focus on restoring function, correcting biomechanical contributors to injury, and building the strength and coordination needed for a safe return to sport. We treat athletes from all disciplines — running, AFL, rugby, netball, basketball, tennis, soccer, and more.

Frequently Asked Questions about

  • Do I need a referral for sports chiropractic?

No referral is required. You can book directly by calling (07) 3892 1440 or using our online booking form.

  • Do you treat both acute and chronic sports injuries?

Yes. We see athletes immediately post-injury as well as those managing long-standing or recurring issues. Early intervention typically leads to faster recovery.

  • Can chiropractic help with sports injuries?

Yes. Many injuries start from pre-existing imbalance, weakness or lack of optimal function. Regular chiropractic care helps maintain joint mobility, muscle balance, and biomechanical efficiency — all of which reduce injury risk. Many of our sporting club clients use chiropractic as part of their ongoing performance and prevention strategy.
