The WorkCover claims process begins with your employer or you lodging an incident report. You then see a doctor who completes a ‘Work Capacity Certificate’ — this establishes your diagnosis and outlines your capacity for work. Once your claim is lodged and a claim number issued, you can attend allied health appointments including chiropractic under your claim. You will need to provide us with your claim number and insurer details at your first appointment.
