What a big year! First of all we would all like to thank you for your trust and support in Yeronga Chiropractic, our care, and our staff. It’s hard to believe that it has been 6 years since opening and 6 weeks since we joined forces with Indigo Soul Wellness and we are not looking back!

2020 has been especially challenging and I am sure we are all looking forward to what 2021 brings.


We are grateful to all of you who have chosen us to be part of your healthcare team and to those who have shared this with others, thank you very much! We love what we do, we strive to help others back to health and for others to spread the word is the greatest compliment!

We wish you and your family a fun, peaceful, and wonderful end to the year.

Here is a little Christmas Checklist for your Neuromusculoskeletal System (try saying that with a mouthful of Christmas cake!):

1.POSTURE: Straightening your back, lifting your chest, rolling your shoulders back and rotating your pelvis so that your stomach and butt are tucked in will help improve your posture. Good posture is the correct alignment of body parts supported by the right amount of muscle tension against gravity; this reduces wear and tear on joints and relieves stress, improving your health and enhancing your appearance.

  1. GET MOVING: 90% of the stimulation and nutrition to the brain is generated by the movement of the spine. Regular exercise, stretching and the ability to move well is vital. Daily exercise is the key. Walking, running, swimming, yoga, gym, sports etc – do what you enjoy!
  2. Got pain/discomfort/stiffness? Don’t ignore it! Uncorrected short term problems can become bigger, more complicated problems. We are here to help and, if necessary, we will happily refer you to the appropriate modality if we can’t.
